A timer acts as the trigger for charging cutoff; after reaching the set time,

Voltage Level Cutoff (Optional)
Voltage dependent charging; when the battery reaches the set voltage, the
charging
will stop.
Automatic Time Completion
If the power is cut off the timer will retain the duration and charging will
complete the time set after power is restored.
